SIT60316 - Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management

This qualifcation reflects the role of highly skilled senior operators who use
a board range of hospitality skills combined with managerial skills and sound
knowledge of the industry to coordinate kitchen and hospitality operations
in a variety of establishments including but not limited to restaurants hotels,
resorts, exhibition and convention centres, cruise ships, clubs, stadiums, cafes
and coffee shops.

At this level it would be expected that you are able and capable of operating
independently and have responsibility for others and make a range of
operational and strategic business management decisions

  • 3.Interview


  • IELTS 5.5 with no band below 5.0
  • Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent in the
    student’s home country). Students who have not completed Year 12 (or equivalent) must have relevant work experience or a qualification that indicates a likely success of course completion. Alternatively, students are required to take an English pre-test before enrollment.
