SIT31016 – Certificate III in Patisserie

This program covers the requirements needed to obtain a qualification in SIT31016 –
Certifificate III in Patisserie and reflects the role of pastry chefs who use a wide range
of well-developed patisserie skills and sound knowledge of kitchen operations to
produce patisserie products.

Successful completion of this qualification provides a pathway to work in various
organisations where patisserie products are prepared and served, including
patisseries, restaurants, hotels, resorts, exhibition and convention centres, cruise
ships, clubs, stadiums, cafes and coffee shops

  • 2.Write a short paragraph about yourself and why you wish to do this course
  • 3.Interview


  • IELTS 5.5 with no band below 5.0
  • Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent in the
    student’s home country). Students who have not completed Year 12 (or equivalent) must have relevant work experience or a qualification that indicates a likely success of course completion. Alternatively, students are required to take an English pre-test before enrollment.
